Summary: The hotels location is excellent but whats even better is the attached restaurant Everyone at the hotel was very professional And check in and out were quick and easy Room was very clean and well equipped

Summary: Really is an American motel with horrible coffee machine. Not particularly clean either. Looks nice in photos but not quite so nice in reality. Breakfast was basic and served on paper plates. Not my type of place.

Summary: Booked for 3 nites group of 8 due to Air Canada strike. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and the front desk was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend especially for the price paid

Summary: It felt like we were being bit up all night by something in bed, so neither of us slept very well. The front staff were not very friendly and they are definitely not pet friendly. You can’t even bring your pet into the lobby to check in and know where for them to do their business.

Summary: Breakfast was terrible. The one person don’t know how to manage the station. Everything runs out. All guest are asking here for a lot of stuff. How hard is it to manage a small breakfast buffet that the only thing you need to cook is pancake. I have approached her for stuff and instead of accommodating me he first grab the garbage never wash her hand after.

Summary: The room was dark & dingy. The pool was in the basement with a water slide. Okay for kids, but very noise, not good for swimming. Breakfast was marginal, poorly stocked & no cleaning staff in dining area.

Summary: The property was in decent shape, the groomers were clean, staff was friendly helpful. The downside was the absolute astronomical room rates that they were charging. We were going to a conference in Vancouver and they inflated the room rates accordingly. Excellent overall property, excellent overall stay, but very, very poor value for money.
